7 role prompts. Chief of staff, site ops, designer, dev accounts, app tester, growth and social, and auditor. Each one is written as a contract: mission, inputs, output, approval limits and rules, with {{placeholders}} for your product names.
Role prompts, shared skills, routines and checklists for running a small team of bots that report to one chief of staff and don't ship anything without your yes. $29.

I run about ten Grok Bots. One handles the website, one does design review, one watches developer accounts, one posts on X, and so on. They all report to a chief of staff bot, and it's the only one that bugs me.
It didn't start that way. Early on I had bots telling me things were live when they were only merged. Bots asking me to do setup they could've done themselves. Bots messaging me after every run to say nothing happened.
So every time I corrected one, the fix got written down as a rule. This kit is those rules, cleaned up so they work for your team instead of mine.
It's not magic. You still have to fill in your own names and check the bots' work for the first week. But you don't have to start from a blank prompt.
7 role prompts. Chief of staff, site ops, designer, dev accounts, app tester, growth and social, and auditor. Each one is written as a contract: mission, inputs, output, approval limits and rules, with {{placeholders}} for your product names.
6 shared skills as SKILL.md files. Prove it before done, live site verification, team roster and handoffs, area reference maps, write in your voice, and a public post privacy gate.
Routine recipes with plain prompts and schedules. A weekly site audit, verify after CI on main, a weekly memory export, and a nightly "gardener" run that turns your corrections into rules.
Checklists for handoffs, proof before done, comms and reporting, and what every new bot needs before you create it.
Templates for area maps, a voice guide and a task board.
A 30 minute setup guide and an org chart with the approval model spelled out.
Bots open pull requests and drafts. You approve merges, deploys, money, deletes and anything sent outside the team. The chief of staff relays your yes, word for word. Another bot's word never counts.
That one page has saved me more headaches than anything else in here.
Who it's probably not for: if you have one bot and it's doing fine, you don't need this yet.
Yes. It's written for Grok Bot: bots that message each other, share skills and run scheduled routines. The ideas carry over to other setups, but the wording assumes Grok Bot.
No. It's markdown files. Prompts, skills, recipes and checklists you paste in and edit.
No. Start with a chief of staff, site ops and a designer. Add the rest when you actually have the work.
No. Every name, account and link from my own team has been taken out. The examples use a made-up "Alex" and "Acme".
Personal and team use. Use it for yourself and any team you run or work on, including at your company. Please don't resell it or post the files publicly.
